Our team of 15 and growing is lead by Co Founders, Luiz & Gustavo Pinheiro also Kirk Martin (Partner). The founders have 15 years Business & Engineering Consultancy in the Oil & Gas industry, They have also Founded Luxury Wellness Retreat Mocean Tribe in Bali and Zanzibar. Their background is unique to the way Wine Adore is run, the level of professionalism and customer care is now known in Singapore to have been raised the bar. Kirk who has extensive experience in working with luxury brands.

Kirk loves the craft behind the luxury industry. Kirk’s career journey includes roles such as CEO of Ce La Vi, Executive Director of L Capital Asia, the Asian private equity business sponsored by French luxury group LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH), and Executive Vice President of the luxury travel retailer DFS Group Ltd. (owned by LVMH). Chief Sales and Marketing Officer in Wine Adore.

Luiz Pinheiro early career revolved in the Oil & Gas Industry, known as a specialist in remote location startups for Halliburton Energy Services. Luiz then started independently as a consultant offering business and engineering expertise. This let him work on projects in Angola, Mozambique, Ivory Coast, Namibia, USA, and Qatar.
In 2017 Luiz along with his brother Gustavo Pinheiro Co-Founded Mocean Tribe a Wellness & Adventure Retreat operating in Bali Indonesia, Zanzibar with its marketing office in Dubai. In 2019 Wine Adore a wine importer, distributor, and retailer in Singapore is Founded and operated by Calravel Pte Ltd. Wine Adore is now recognized as the to-go-to for Portuguese wines in South East Asia with over 300+ brands. Wine Adore has also established itself as a specialist in cult wines from France, Italy, and United States.

Professional with extensive experience in building businesses across several industries and geographic locations. Successfully founded startup Wine Adore 'Wine Importer, Distributor, Retailer', Mocean Tribe Resorts, in 2019 these companies were grouped into Calravel Investment Holdings. As CFO of Calravel Investment Holdings Gustavo responsibility included navigating the companies finances through challenging times of COVID 19. Our latest venture Wine Adore has shown growth of 50% in 2022 to 2023.

Marianela Mirpuri’s background in aviation dates back to the 1980’s. Marianela’s family created the first air taxi company in Portugal, named Air Luxor.In her professional path in the aviation field, Marianela besides being Vice President of Air Luxor, was the co-founder of UAT (United Air Taxis), co-founder of NetJets Europe, co-founder of Masterjet, and is the founder and President of Jetlink.
