An engineer turned entrepreneur, he co-founded Wine Adore with his brother in 2020 and expanded into Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia. Luiz now leads Calravel’s ecosystem—uniting sales, R&D, customer experience, finance, and property under one vision: connecting people, culture, and investment through innovation.

A former oil & gas scientist specializing in geology and smart drilling technologies, Gustavo brings analytical precision and technical depth to the world of wine and lifestyle innovation. Since co-founding Wine Adore with his brother Luiz in 2020, he has driven the company’s operational expansion across Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia, ensuring performance, structure, and scalability as Calravel continues to unite heritage and technology across its ventures.

Currently President of Global Brand Partnerships at MobiCom Commune and President of Green Golf International, he has also held senior roles as Global CEO of CÉ LA VI and Executive Director at L Capital Asia (LVMH Group).

Peter Moore is a technology and cloud industry veteran with over 35 years of leadership experience across Asia, Australia, and global markets. Formerly the Regional Managing Director for Amazon Web Services (AWS) Public Sector, Asia Pacific & Japan, he led AWS’s expansion across government, education, and healthcare sectors.

Prior to AWS, Peter held senior executive roles at Microsoft, including General Manager of Public Sector for Greater China and Asia Pacific, driving digital transformation and innovation across emerging economies. Now retired, Peter advises Calravel Holdings on technology strategy, scalability, and enterprise growth.

A technology and go-to-market leader with over 15 years of experience, he has led high-performing teams across Asia-Pacific with DevRev, Zendesk, AI Rudder, and Microsoft. Currently Head of Solutions Engineering, APJ at DevRev, he specializes in applying AI to optimize business performance and customer engagement.

A doctoral candidate in Generative AI, his research focuses on software profitability, automation, and human–AI collaboration. A graduate of the MIT Sloan Executive Program in General Management, he brings strategic and technical expertise to Calravel Holdings, advising on AI strategy, CRM innovation, and data-driven scalability across the group’s technology and operational ecosystem.
